REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.

Eta does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to sales@etaeta.co within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item. For returns of damaged or defective Product, your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but you may choose (a) to receive a refund for the damaged or defective Product(s) in the form of a credit voucher, or (b) for a replacement for the damaged or defective Product(s) to be shipped out to you free of charge.

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Eta is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. Eta will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 business days, please allow additional transit time. Please understand the shipping time is not the time you place the order but from the time it dispatch from our shop.
